Everyone on board

Do you say Upper School or High School? Are you used to IB, DP, or IG? How does Key Stage 3 lead to Key Stage 4, but we call Key Stage 5 ‘The Sixth Form’? 

Without question, navigating international education can be sometimes confusing for parents. If you are not familiar with the British system, to borrow a French word, the nomenclature or terms we use can impair understanding at the very time we hope to have everyone on board. 

This year, we are committed to a series of information sessions that will approach a wide range of topics that will help our community remain on the same page with one another. 

The first session of this series is: 

Understanding Key Stage 4: The Journey

Mrs Michael, our Head of Key Stage 4 (Years 10 and 11 in the Secondary School) will be leading the session and will discuss the structure of the two year programme, what our students and parents can expect, the A Level options process, and more. 

There will be an option for questions to be posted in the chat throughout the session which will be addressed at the end of the session.
